This course aims to help participants better understand and address issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, while giving participants the opportunity to challenge one’s views and opinions.
You will identify how a creative team works and what your role is as team leader. You will explore how to lead a creative team from idea to implementation and how to troubleshoot problems in the innovative process.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to handle intergenerational workplace issues and promote capabilities of multigenerational teams.
